Refined room centre flap desk in late XVII Venetian style. Front apron drop and double bombé effect, hand-carved. Four tall arched legs, richly decorated by leaves and with socle foot ends.
There are four shaped drawers and an open vault inside the flap. Solid deal veneered with chestnut burl is used for the frame of the flap, with inlaid maple fillet and walnut wood, all 3 mm thick.
