This lovely Liberty style sideboard was obtained by transforming an old piece of French origin. Three drawers were added to the top and the sides enlarged to achieve the ideal dimensions for sideboards; old walnut wood on the front while solid cherry wood was used for the sides and top. Solid deal and oak were used internally. The original colour has just been restored with two coats of shellac and a film of beeswax.
