Chest with a rounded line, veneered with precious olive wood, fine herringbone work in four quarters, contained by a rosewood fillet. The top of the piece is bombé with an olive cornice worked at the head. Arched legs with sabre feet finished by brass tips; shaped drop, profiled with bois de rose. The frame of the dresser is made with solid deal while the bearing legs are made of beech faced with walnut plugs. |
