Elaborate chest with a sinuous line with slightly concave sides which taper where linked to the front of the unit. In "barocchetto" style, bombé at the front on the drawers highlighted by moulding. The legs are short and curved, terminating with a curl and connected to a pierced and inlaid drop in apron form. The whole chest structure is masterfully shaped by hand from raw deal and covered with precious burl. |
