Reproduction of a sideboard in 16th century style with caryatids, a support with a human appearance bearing something: this term derives from the women of Carnia who were obliged to support weights when taken prisoner by the Greeks. The top is embellished by a notched cornice above three drawers and two doors with boss. This model is made entirely with antique walnut material, recovered from other original pieces. The walnut colour is enhanced by the shellac finish. |
