Majestic secretary desk in mid XVIII century style. The very rounded convex and shaped forms give the piece the appearance of a Venetian dame. Bottom body composed of 4 drawers in a column below without crosspieces. Inside the flap of the desk are four more drawers with a bombé door in the middle. The top body of the secretary desk has two mirror doors bordered by a double projecting cornice and encloses an elaborate structure composed of 6 drawers, 1 bombĂ© door and 2 small niches. |
