Venetian chest of drawers with shaped, curved top, bombé front and sides, delimited by hand-carved floral reliefs ornamentally placed on the edges of the 4 legs and terminating with a rosebud. The two drawers in a column without protrusions show an elaborate central inlay terminating with a shell on the drop joining the front legs. The neutral lacquering of the dresser, highlighted in the inlays by the havana colour, positively attenuate the opulence of the piece. |
