Linear chest of drawers with projecting cornices, lacquered and decorated completely by hand. The structure of the piece is made of toulipier strips and solid toulipier. The slightly sloping cornice inside and finished with gold leaf encloses the four drawers in a column with recessed handles, used for realizing a painting depicting the Virgin with the Infant Jesus and angels. The top and sides are lacquered with a sponge effect. |
