Reproduction console table from the Louis Philippe period which gave its name to a particular mid 19th century style. This style drew from the somewhat clumsy and heavy rococo motifs. It is made with national walnut and with the assembly of some original furniture fragments, such as the front legs and drawer front. The table maintained the golden colour of the walnut during polishing, given by the original colour of the old pieces recovered. |
