Solid wood table in mid 19th century style with round top with hand-painted polychrome plant motifs. The drop is smooth, finished by a moulding and supported by tapered legs joined by crosspieces, surmounted by carved male hermae, with foot joints resting on dados. The decorator has chosen a neutral base colour for this refined model and highlighted some details with silver leaf. Very aged wax finish. |
